Welcome to Adam’s Angle. My name is Adam Tracey. Fitness has only become part of my life within the last 5 years. Before that, I was overweight and out of shape my entire life. I was what you would call a blank slate. I didn’t know a dumbbell from a treadmill. Growing up, I was always heavy for my age weighing in at about 20-30lbs heavier than average males my age. After college, it all got away from me and I started putting weight on at a rapid pace. I got up to 327 pounds at my heaviest. I tried many different diets and tactics until I realized that in order to fix this for good, it would require a lifestyle change, not a temporary fix. Once I met my mentor through a family friend, my life instantly changed for the better. In a soft and pleasant way, I learned so much about fitness and eating healthy and how those two things go together. I am still learning new things every single day. My goal, after losing 147 pounds is to simply pay it forward. It gives me much thrill to see others have that same determination and desire and all I want to do is assist people cross that finish line. A lifestyle change can be a pleasant and enjoyable experience as well as educational. I have lots of great hints, tips, and tricks up my sleeve. As someone who was overweight their entire lives, I know that accomplished feeling of fitting in to a pair of pants you never wore before or a shirt you never thought you could wear in public. I believe whether weight loss is your goal, muscle enhancement, or even weight gain, or simply trying to maintain, I have the tools to get you there.
