Welcome to Adam’s Angle.  I’ve never attempted anything like this before and I never thought I would. As I was losing 147 lbs because of a healthy living lifestyle change, everything in this field started grasping my interest at a rapid pace.  At this point, my main goal is to help you become excited about living healthy.  Of course it won’t happen overnight.  Now, I am not suggesting that you have that much to lose.  However, if your goal is to lose even a little bit of weight along with living a healthy lifestyle, I am your guy.  Getting you back on a healthy track when you feel like there is no possible way to do so is my expertise.  You feel like you have eaten bad meal after bad meal and you are too far gone.  No you’re not.  On this site, I we will be posting the most exclusive information and breaking news in the field.  I believe after my successful transformation both physically and as a person, I now have a wealth of knowledge to pay forward.  Again, my main goal with this site is to reach out and help people in any way I possibly can.  If I can make a difference in just one person’s life, I will feel like this was all worth it.  Struggles, setbacks, let downs and more are all normal.  They are things everyone goes through and will be brought up on this site.

A little bit about me. At my very core I am a low key guy and do not want to sound preachy or typical on my site.  You may or may not have people in your life constantly jumping down your throat about your weight, but I don’t want to be that guy.  I know first hand how frustrating that can be.  There are plenty of places like that on the Internet. I have been overweight since the day I was born and have had major eating problems my entire life.  Even though I played little league baseball and basketball as a kid, the extent of my exercising truly ended there.  I have to say for the first 28 years of my life, I was probably the most inactive person ever.  If not the most inactive, I was as inactive as anybody could possibly be.  It will sound cliché but please internalize these words: If I can do it, believe me, you can do it.  Trust me and trust yourself on that.  That term gets tossed around a lot but considering my old habits, I know you can do it.  To restate, besides weight loss, this site caters to those who are simply interested in healthy living, foods, exercises, tips, tricks, recipes, and more. I will try hard to assist you in any non-intrusive way I can.

This website is my home.  It is where you can follow how I did it. Posts will occur in real time and you never know what you’re going to get. I have tons of ideas and tactics that I have compiled and continue to learn which makes a website like this ever changing with new breaking information. I’m just a 29 year old guy with things to share. Hopefully you will find my posts more and more interesting as we go along.

  1. Welcome to AMS. Glad to see you following. I hope keep liking what you read here. Nice site and to a good purpose. I have been overweight all my life and just recently feel like I may have a handle on eating healthier. two words for lower sugar and lower cholesterol. Olive Oil. Everyday.
